Where Is It?

Sylvan Grove is in Auchenflower, a long-established inner suburb of Brisbane. Our property fronts Coronation Drive, alongside the Brisbane River, and our street entry is in Dunmore Terrace. Auchenflower is a great place to live, being outside the bustle of the city, but still very close to everything.
  • Easy access to the City by bus, train, ferry, or for the energetic, on foot or by bicycle on the riverside walking path
  • Close to Toowong Village shopping town with a wide range of shops, and the 24/7 supermarket at Milton
  • A few blocks to the restaurant precincts at Park Road, Milton and Nash Street, Rosalie
  • Milton Primary School a few blocks away, and Brisbane Boys College and St Ignatius School are one train station away.
  • Five minutes walk to the Wesley Hospital

Our Building

Positioned at the top of the hill in Dunmore Terrace, our building commands great views, to the city, to Mount Cootha, and of course, to the Brisbane River. Built in 1989, our building is well-maintained and still as grand as when new.

Our apartments are spacious - at least half as big again as most newer apartments.
